The Kathmandu Medical College faculty consists of a team of eminent and experienced professionals from Nepal and India. The college has ample facilities for tutorials. Plenary sessions, lectures are held at Kathmandu Medical College's five lecture halls-three recently furnished halls at basic sciences, Duwakot and two for clinical sciences at Sinamangal. All lecture halls are equipped with audio-visual facilities. Each department has its own tutorial rooms for problem and need based learning. Each room is appropriately equipped to facilitate small group discussions. In addition, there are seminar rooms which hold practice of clinical skill, clinical courses on variety of topics clinical meetings, and journal club meeting intended to benefit both students and staff.These activities are strongly supported by the Department of Medical Education.
